An exceptional specimen of amethyst double-terminated by a so-called scepter. On one side, the crystal is terminated with a 4.5 cm zonal amethyst in the lower part transitioning into smoky quartz and forming phantom crystals; on the other side, there is a hypoparallel growth of several crystals up to 2.5 cm large.
