A very nice representative specimen of a sceptre crystal of amethyst and smoky quartz. These amethysts come from compact volcanic rocks from the famous Namibian locality of Goboboseb.
A loose, highly lustrous, partially rhodonite-like amethyst crystal with zones of smoky quartz. The sample has a natural, partially healed fracture from a gas-liquid inclusion.
