Proustite

A very fine, rich example of highly lustrous dark red Proustit crystals with a dominant thick columnar crystal about 1 cm long in a cavity. A perfect, hard-to-find specimen of this rare silver mineral from the mine at Měděnice in the Ore Mountains. The crystals have been gently etched from calcite and are seated on the specimen from two sides.
