Amethyst

A very aesthetic specimen of a double-terminated quartz crystal capped with an intergrowth of two amethyst scepters and smaller quartz crystals perpendicularly grown, slightly resembling a “bird’s head”. The size of the amethyst intergrowth is 37 × 27 × 18 mm.
