A beautiful sample of red, lustrous proustit crystals on a contrasting snow-white calcite, on which dark, slightly iridescent argentopyrit tablets are growing. This is a very unusual mineral association. The largest proustit crystal (in the lower left part of the specimen) is 8 mm in size. The specimen has been analyzed.
