Čejkaite forms slightly greenish to pale yellowish spherical, granular aggregates and coatings, which grow on a limonitized matrix. It is a very rich and collectible specimen of this sodium uranyl carbonate from Jáchymov, which is a globally rare mineral. Jáchymov is also the type locality for this mineral.
