Beautiful crystal of very dark and shiny smoky quartz with high purity. The crystal is healed from all sides, with younger, lighter crystals of hypoparallel smoky quartz growing over it from the underside. On three sides, large trapezohedron faces are nicely developed on the smoky quartz. The smoky quartz has not been chemically cleaned, and original limonite coatings are left on the top surfaces.
