Vivianite forms elongated, flattened, vitreously lustrous, dark greenish-purple crystals that reach sizes of up to 2 cm and are grown in an open shell cavity. It is an interesting and fine specimen of this phosphate. This specimen comes from the locality of Kerch, Ukraine.
