Fluorite forms large, glassy, cubic crystals of a light purple color. Individual fluorite cubes reach sizes of over 2 cm. Single cubes also sit on each other, forming a large aggregate. This is an aesthetically very attractive specimen of this halide, which originates from Morocco.
